Rules & Code of Conduct

  1. Inspect your vehicle

When you pick-up the car, make sure you take a couple of minutes to inspect your vehicle for damages before you go. There is a damage form and instructions located in the glove box compartment. Report any damage or vehicle issues before you drive away to avoid being held responsible. You can also take pictures of damages and send them via WhatsApp.

  1. Return the vehicle on time

Please return the vehicles in them to ensure that other customers are not hindered. If you are running late (which can happen to everyone), please contact us right away as early as possible, so that we can arrange alternatives for other customers. 

  1. No Smoking

Please do not smoke in the vehicles to ensure the cleanliness of our vehicles for the next customers. If we detect any signs of smoking, there will be a cleaning cost involved as a penalty.

  1. No Pets

At Supreme Rentals, we care for animals as much as we care for the health of our customers. Bearing that in mind, please take note that we do not allow pets in the vehicle. If we detect signs of pet odor or pet hair, there will be a cleaning cost involved as a penalty.

  1. Refuel before drop-off

Always deliver the car with a full tank of fuel. If the car is not delivered with a full tank, Supreme Rentals will charge you $20 per ¼ (or less) tank.

  1. Remove garbage & personal belongings

Please do not leave the vehicle unreasonably dirty or unclean for the next customer. Treat the vehicle as if it was your own. Take every garbage and other personal belongings with you. Supreme Rental will not be held responsible for any lost items or items that are left behind. 

  1. Safeguard keys & lock the doors

Please, keep your keys/key fob with you at all times and always lock the door and activate the alarm when you park the vehicle (Even if it is for just a minute). Help us mitigate any risk of theft and unnecessary damages.  You will be charged for the cost of replacing any lost keys plus any inconvenience that can occur hereby with the next customer. that has to use the vehicle.
